Steaks| Steak out or stakeout?

I enjoy a medium well cooked T-bone steak, with all the fixings! While eating steak can be a good source of protein, some cuts are also very high in fat and calories, which can sabotage your diet. Eating lean beef can improve cholesterol levels and therefore reduce the risk of heart disease. The next time you are ready for steak, consider one that has a grade of “Choice” or “Select”, and consider a moderate to small portion. You can also stakeout vegetable and other meat alternatives to steak. Whatever you decide, remember, it’s your health that matters!
